As an established Division of WMAO, OFMA conducts business under a formal Operating Charter. OFMA is proposing to update the charter at the Annual Meeting for consistency with the WMAO Division Charter Template, which was revised in 2025. A redlined version of the WMAO Division Template displaying OFMA’s proposed edits and amendments can be downloaded from this webpage for review. The OFMA Managing Board will ask the membership to vote to approve the new Operating Charter at the November Annual Meeting at the WMAO Fall Conference.
