Platinum Level - $1100

  • 8’ x 10’ exhibit space
    Company logo visibility in conference informational materials distributed to all attendees
  • 3 conference registrations (Wednesday - Thursday)
  • Registration information must be provided for each attendee.
  • Company logo on signage at conference (Logo must be provided by sponsor as .jpg, .gif, or .tif)

Gold Level - $850

  • 8’ x 10’ exhibit space
  • Company logo visibility in conference informational materials distributed to all attendees
  • 2 conference registrations (Wednesday - Thursday) Registration information must be provided for each attendee.
  • Company logo on signage at conference (Logo must be provided by sponsor as .jpg, .gif, or .tif)

Silver Level - $600

  • 8’ x 10’ exhibit space
  • Company logo visibility in conference informational materials distributed to all attendees
  • 1 conference registration (Wednesday - Thursday)
  • Registration information must be provided for each attendee.
  • Company logo on signage at conference (Logo must be provided by sponsor as .jpg, .gif, or .tif)

Bronze - $400.00

  • Sponsor may direct contribution toward the 7/26/23 Networking Event.
  • Networking Event Sponsor will receive:
    • Acknowledgement on signage at 7/26/23 Networking Event
    • Company logo visibility in conference informational materials distributed to all attendees

Sponsorship Display Specifications
Standard display size is 10’ wide by 8’ deep. One skirted 8’ x 30” table and two chairs are available for each Sponsor’s use in individual display areas. All equipment must fit within your display space. If you have a freestanding display and would like the table removed from your display space, please indicate this on the Sponsorship webpage. We will make every effort to accommodate all requests for electricity. Please bring your own extension cord or adaptor.

Conference breakfasts, breaks and social hour will be centered in the display area to ensure attendees visit the displays consistently throughout the Conference. Registrations include name badge, attendance at conference sessions, conference informational materials, breakfast, lunch, and refreshments. Each registrant will receive their name badge and conference informational materials at the conference registration desk.

Sponsor Registration Instructions:

  • Go to the Conference Registration webpage.
  • Select the level of Sponsorship (Platinum, Gold, Silver, Bronze).
  • Enter the appropriate registration information for the Primary Contact.
    • If your Sponsorship provides more than one complimentary registration, please register each of these attendees through the standard online registration process. Before finalizing the registration, select the “Pay at Event” option – we will correct the billing within the system.
    • Registering attendees through the system helps us prepare the necessary name badges and associated attendee information for the conference.
  • If paying by check, please make payable to the Water Management Association of Ohio or WMAO.
  • Confirmation of registration will be submitted after registration by email.
  • We will follow up with the Sponsor Primary Contact before the conference to coordinate your display and/or sponsorship needs/specifications.

To receive a full refund, sponsorship cancellations must be submitted to the Sponsorship Coordinator (jmosley@co.lucas.oh.us ) in writing by 5pm on Wednesday, July 19, 2023. Requests for refunds will be processed within 30 days of the conference.
