There is no fee for Nonprofit Organization & Government Agencies to have display space at the Conference. Display space is limited and will be allocated according to the order that requests are received by the Exhibitor Coordinator. Please submit a request to exhibit by email to Jay Mosely email@example.com by email. We will follow up the Exhibitor before the conference to coordinate display needs/specifications. If you must cancel your reservation as an Exhibitor, please contact as soon as possible.
Exhibitor Display Specifications
Standard display size is 10’ wide by 8’ deep. One skirted 8’ x 30” table and two chairs are available for each Exhibitor's use in individual display areas. All equipment must fit within your display space. We will make every effort to accommodate all requests for electricity. Please bring your own extension cord or adaptor.
Conference breakfasts, breaks and social hour will be centered in the display area to ensure attendees visit the displays consistently throughout the Conference.
